COMMERCIALLY INDUSTRIAL INTELLIGENCE NETWORK
Better industrial decisions
start with permission.
IndustrialLeasing.ca is a private-first network for Canadian owners and occupiers. It structures the signals that matter before a property conversation: operating criteria, timing, disclosure, verified facts and the right next introduction.
NOT A GENERIC LISTING PORTAL
Demand and opportunity,
made legible.
The public web is useful for research, but an industrial decision usually depends on information that should not be broadcast: a lease event, growth plan, loading need, yard requirement, building constraint, disclosure instruction or work-in-progress commercial term.
This network is designed to preserve that context. It gives each side a structured private brief, then creates a path to a qualified conversation only where there is enough relevance and permission to proceed.
01 · OCCUPIER PATHBuild the requirement before the search.
An occupier records market, property type, size, clear height, loading, yard, timing and operating context. The saved brief is unlisted, private by default and can be revisited through a secure link.
Create a private requirement →02 · OWNER PATHControl how an opportunity is introduced.
An owner or authorized representative begins with a confidential property brief. The address and details are not published automatically; any address-free summary requires a separate approval step.
Create an owner opportunity brief →03 · INTRODUCTION PATHMove only with context and consent.
Commercially handles qualified introductions through the appropriate licensed professionals and relationships. The initial release is owner-and-occupier only; broker participation is not open while workflow and consent quality are proven.

Private signals can become public understanding—but never public profiles.
When an occupier explicitly permits de-identified aggregate learning, broad themes may contribute to the Industrial Signal Index. The index does not publish names, companies, addresses, individual requirements, opportunity terms, lease terms, inventory claims, prices or forecasts.
Consent is optionalPrivate workspace access does not require aggregate permission.
Cohorts are thresholdedNo public category appears until at least five eligible records exist.
Scope is attachedPublic observations include their cohort, date and methodology context.
Withdrawal is respectedWithdrawn records are excluded from future aggregates.

Research and structure are not a substitute for regulated advice.
IndustrialLeasing.ca is a Commercially digital platform. It organizes questions, records private briefs and provides research paths. It does not represent that a property is available, that a requirement will be matched, or that a particular result will occur. Property-specific facts, commercial terms and representation arrangements require the appropriate confirmation and professional process.
