What we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit through the requirement and property submission forms: your name, email address, phone number, company and the details you provide about a space requirement or property.
We do not require an account and we do not sell submitted information.
Private workspaces and aggregate learning
Saved requirements and opportunity briefs receive an unlisted link. Anyone with that link can view the submitted brief, so it should be shared only with authorized people. The pages are marked not to be indexed and are not included in the sitemap.
Aggregate learning is optional and off by default. If you opt in, only de-identified themes may be included in a privacy-threshold Industrial Signal Index. We do not publish your name, company, address, individual requirement, opportunity terms or individual lease terms. You can ask to withdraw consent; withdrawn records are excluded from future aggregates.
How submissions are used
Submissions are routed to the Commercially inbound system so a person can review the enquiry and respond. Information is used to understand the enquiry and to follow up about it.
Retention and access
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. You can ask for a copy of, or the deletion of, an enquiry you submitted by contacting us at the email address shown on the enquiry pages.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not require advertising cookies to function. Any measurement used is limited to understanding aggregate page usage.
