Qualitative context is separated from verified data
Market commentary on this site is editorial context. Where quantitative market figures are published, they should carry a source, reference period, geography and definition. Where that evidence is not available, the page says so instead of presenting an unsourced estimate as a fact.
Industrial Signal Index
The Signal Index is built only from requirement records whose submitter has explicitly allowed de-identified aggregate learning. It reports broad themes such as market, property type and timing—not identities, addresses, individual requirements, opportunity terms, availability, transaction outcomes, prices or forecasts.
A category is not published until at least five eligible records form a cohort. Every published readout identifies its source scope, as-of date and privacy threshold. Withdrawn records are excluded from future cohorts.
No IDX feed and no simulated listings
This platform does not ingest an IDX or MLS feed and does not publish simulated property listings. Opportunity profiles are address-free frameworks used to structure an occupier brief.
Calculators are planning tools
The rent and warehouse size calculators apply simple, stated arithmetic to the values you enter. They exclude utilities, taxes, tenant improvements, insurance and other costs, and they are not a substitute for professional space planning.
